Soccer Sixes

The competition is part of the association’s Community Development Programme and is sponsored by David Mitchell Plastering & Building Ltd. Support of this kind now enables the association to run the tournament twice a year. All schools in the Clydebank area are invited to the tournament, currently held in The Playdrome (Clydebank), and participate in a round robin league. Three teams from each of the two sections progress to the final stages and the final itself is a head to head between the top two schools.

The Association is delighted to see this tournament go from strength to strength and considers fair play to be one of the most important aspects. Each tournament teams progress to the final by showing fair play both on and off the field. A presentation is made to the winners of the fair play award at the end of each tournament.
